Actress and writer YaVaughnie Wilkins is the former mistress of Charles E. Phillips, who is a member of Barack Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board and the president of the Oracle, a major business software company. In January 2010, Wilkins purchased three billboards featuring pictures of her and Phillips in affectionate poses; Phillips is married and has a 10-year-old son. Phillips and his wife Karen started the divorce process in February 2008 but later got back together.
Not only did she spend a fortune on the billboards, strategically placed where his colleagues and family would see, but she also created a website devoted to Phillips’ sleazebag lies. Apparently, she didn’t know he was married.
