Offensive? Chris Matthews: “Forgot He Was Black”

Lots of people are upset over Matthews’ “I forgot he was black tonight’ comment. Is it the fact that the remark was taken out of context, or do you think Matthews’ was showing ‘his’ true colors? Were you offended by the remark and why?
