Jaycee Dugard’s diary excerpts

Prosecutors revealed excerpts from Jaycee Lee Dugard’s journal in Feb. 2010. Prosecutors say that her kidnapper-Phil Garrido, concocted a plan to contact her if he was ever arrested. Now, his attorneys filed a motion to find out where Dugard is living (with her two daughters). The diary excerpts were given to the court as a way to prove the sick mind control that Garrido had over Duggard, and to stop his attempts to contact her.
