By day, Scott Ritter was the chief U.N Weapons inspector. By night, he was a disgusting pervert jacking off to webcams for teen girls- excuse me, for undercover cops. Not once, but twice. The first time was back in June of 2001, most recently, this past February. Even before the June 2001 arrest, he was ‘accused’ (but not charged apparently) of something similar with a 14 year old girl. Imagine how many times he’s done this without getting caught!
